Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and increase penetration of premium funding products within the WA segment.
* Be a key contact for insurance brokers and customers based in WA, delivering prompt, high-quality support across all touchpoints.
* Respond to new business, renewal, and endorsement quote requests, ensuring correct terms are provided.
* Provide training to WA-based brokers on premium funding.
* Manage loan-related enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Maintain compliance with service standards and internal policies.
Requirements
* Experience in finance services, banking, general insurance, or premium funding is desirable but not mandatory.
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
* High level of attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A motivated individual with a customer-first mindset.
