Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, strong decision-making skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage daily administrative tasks, including employee schedules, payroll management, and record-keeping.
* Coordinate catering functions, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of services.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
* Oversee inventory and supplies for the restaurant, catering, and sweet shop.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Assist in recruitment and training of staff, maintain employee records.
* Supervise staff to ensure productivity and high standards of service.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety and food handling standards.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or similar leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
* Proven ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
* Familiarity with Indian cuisine and culture is desirable.
