The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Allocator. You will be looking after all sites transport operations for daily fleet movements in Sydney. This is a TEMP ongoing role Mon-Fri weekend as required. Toll moves the businesses that move the world. Key Responsibilities Ensure the effective monitoring of all daily fleet operations Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders Provide load plans and scheduling for all runs Co-ordinate rostering and all adjustments Monitor drivers progress against schedules, discuss with drivers any issues on daily basis Review all orders for site deliveries Ensure COR and OHS is adhered to Run reports and assist admin staff as required Skills & Experience Experience working in similar role is essential Sound knowledge of Road Transport rules and regulations including COR Experience in transport planning, allocation, and optimisation is required Strong stakeholder communication skills essential Demonstrated ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must have strong time management skills and be solutions driven Benefits Join Australis leading transport, logistics and supply chain company Supportive management and colleagues Dynamic fast paced environ Great rate on offer About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
