You'll be the key legal advisor across a wide portfolio, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Work will include:Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology contractsIP, licensing and software agreementsGovernment and private-sector procurementLeasing, insurance and risk mattersSupporting cross-border transactions and acquisitionsAdvising on regulatory, compliance and corporate governance issuesManaging external counsel where requiredYou'll join a highly capable leadership team who value commercial advice, clear communication and practical outcomes.About You We're looking for a lawyer with around4–8 years' PAE, ideally with experience across any of the following areas:Commercial contractsTechnology, SaaS or IPCorporate / transactional work (nice but not essential)You might come from private practice, in-house, or a mix.
