ABOUT THE ROLE
Are youpassionate about customer service and love helping people bring their bathroomand kitchen ideas to life? We're looking for a Showroom Consultant to join ourBathroom & Kitchen Centre at Tableland Hardware, Atherton Branch.
In this role,you'll focus on delivering exceptional customer care, understanding individualneeds, and guiding customers through product selections that suit theirproject, budget, and style. As the friendly and knowledgeable face of ourshowroom, you'll work with homeowners, renovators, and trades to create awelcoming and professional experience from first enquiry through to finalselection.
Our storeoperates six days a week, and this role may include rostered Saturday work.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Helping people and taking pride in delivering a high standard ofservice every day. You understand that great customer service is aboutlistening, caring, and following through, bringing this mindset into everythingyou do. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Deliveringoutstanding customer service with genuine care and attention
* Assistingcustomers with bathroom and kitchen product selections
* Providingconfident advice using your plumbing and product knowledge
* Preparingquotes, processing orders and following up enquiries
* Workingclosely with builders, plumbers and internal teams
* Maintainingattractive, organised and well-presented showroom displays
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* A strongpassion for customer service and building relationships
* Soundplumbing knowledge or experience in bathrooms, kitchens or building products
* Confidencespeaking with both retail customers and trades
* Aprofessional, friendly and approachable manner
* Strongattention to detail and organisation skills
