YOUR ROLE
* Communicate and present financial topics to the Leader of the business unit.
* Monitor business KPI's with business insight analysis, support business making right decisions.
* Manage budget and forecasting for Australia and New Zealand.
* Be responsible for month end process with full PL and BS responsibility.
* Drives business performance improvement: conduct regular analysis on all key lines in financial statements and propose areas for improvement to business heads. Initiate improvement implementation plan and keeps tracking the status.
* Work with business ensure compliance with company polices and accounting standard.
YOUR SKILLS
* Degree qualified in Finance/Management Accounting (CA/CPA highly valued)
* Experience of Management Accounting and Business Commercial partnership.
* Excellent communication skills be able to work with people from non-finance background.
* Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and SAP.
