About Us Connect Healthcare is a dynamic and innovative multidisciplinary allied health clinic located in Fullarton, South Australia. Our passionate team delivers personalised, evidence-based care across a range of services including chiropractic, dietetics, exercise physiology, massage therapy, physiotherapy, Pilates, podiatry, psychology, and sauna therapy.
