About the Team
The Finance and Corporate Services Department supports the Royal Women's business performance through high-quality financial, procurement and business advice, while leading the organisation's risk management program.
About the Role
This position reports to the Director, Corporate Services and supports Risk Management, Procurement, Payroll and Facilities services across the organisation. As Manager, Risk Systems & Reporting you will lead the implementation, optimisation, reporting, and governance of the organisation's enterprise risk management system, strengthen risk reporting, capability and processes, and provide risk insights to support informed decision-making.
Regular Day Will See You
* Provide effective leadership, coaching, and professional development as required
* Establish system standards, workflows, and governance structures
* Lead all VMIA insurance and risk reporting requirements for the organisation
* Maintain the internal audit schedule and support organisational readiness
About You
* Significant experience in enterprise risk management or risk systems
* Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
* Qualifications in Risk, Information Technology, Business, or related fields
* Experience with risk reporting
