3P Learning is seeking an APAC B2B Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Asia. You'll plan and deliver strategic and tactical campaigns that engage educators and school decision-makers, building a strong pipeline across cross-sell, upsell and new business for the 3P Learning suite.

About the role
We're well established in Australia. The opportunity now is to unlock growth within our existing customer base through smart cross-sell and upsell across our literacy and mathematics programs, while also driving new business growth where opportunities exist.
You'll partner closely with our renewal team and key stakeholders to keep strategy and spend focused, efficient and effective. Success in this role includes building a strong, segmented email database, delivering compelling messaging, and continually evaluating and improving performance across channels.
Reporting to the Head of B2B Global Marketing, you'll work closely with:
* APAC Sales Director and Territory Managers
* Retention Marketing Team
* Other Regional Marketing Teams (including global projects like World Maths Day)
Support at your fingertips: a dedicated APAC Marketing Coordinator, our internal Brand and Creative Agency, and a digital advertising specialist; with the autonomy to recruit and manage external agencies as needed.
What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end new business + cross-sell campaigns
* Activate across digital ads, content, email, social, PR and events
* Align with brand and global strategy (in partnership with creative + regional teams)
* Build audience insights (market trends, competitors, customer needs) into campaigns
* Track performance, optimise for ROI, and share clear learnings regularly
* Partner with sales + product to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Coach and develop the Marketing Coordinator (reviews + hiring as required)
* Own the annual APAC plan and budget; manage spend and report outcomes
What you'll bring
You're commercially minded, confident working at both the strategy and execution levels, and you know how to bring stakeholders along.
* 10+ years' marketing experience, including 2+ years in a similar marketing leadership role (B2B SaaS; EdTech a bonus)
* Strong budget and ROI capability (commercially and financially literate)
* Experience with CRM + marketing automation (ideally Salesforce)
* Proactive, self-starting style; able to drive work end-to-end
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Excellent written, verbal and creative communication (high attention to detail)
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
* Genuine curiosity about educators and the challenges they face
* Performance-focused mindset and desire to lead others to the same
