The role: Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and recruitment Maintain HRIS systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and compliance matters Support workers compensation and injury management processes Ensure HR practices align with relevant enterprise agreements and employment legislation Partner with leaders and employees across both white-collar and blue-collar teams Assist with reporting, audits and broader HR projects as required About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong end-to-end HR generalist experience Previous experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or another blue-collar environment Working knowledge of enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously Strong attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities Experience using HRIS/payroll systems What's on offer: Broad and hands-on HR role with variety and autonomy Fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment Immediate start opportunity with a contract through to September One day work from home available Reference Number: 06800-0013423291 This is an in office position.
