Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to provide essential support in our Dandenong South Branch. In this role, you will manage administrative processes and be a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors.
You will assist with payroll queries, purchase orders, reconcile accounts, and support accurate stock management. With responsibilities spanning clerical duties, invoicing, and coordination of day-to-day branch needs, this role is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations.

About You
- Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems would be advantageous.
- Be a team player and work well with others.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- A desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the Berendsen business.
