About the Roles
Restaurant Casual
You will be part of our front of house restaurant team, delivering refined and attentive service to guests enjoying our dining experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing polished, professional table service
* Executing food and beverage service efficiently and accurately
* Upholding service standards during high-volume and peak trade
* Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams
* Ensuring a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience
Cellar Door Casual
You will represent Frogmore Creek Winery at the cellar door, delivering engaging wine tasting and retail experiences to our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
* Hosting guided wine tastings for individuals and groups ranging from 1 to 20+ guests
* Sharing knowledge of our wines and brand in an approachable and confident manner
* Assisting with wine sales and handling customer enquiries
* Maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards across the cellar door
* Working closely with the Cellar Door Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to service standards
