We seek a senior project manager to oversee construction sites and advise on day-to-day operations for optimal project delivery.
This role focuses on executing the physical construction phase, including works breakdown structure, cost management, and scheduling for our renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Support and coach site teams in quality standards and safety procedures.
 * Internal coordination & stakeholder management
 * Monitor construction risks and implement mitigation strategies
 * Support project leaders in staff activity coordination and driving productivity
 * Advise project leaders on resource coordination, procurement, and delivery of materials
 * Collaborate with internal resources, suppliers, and subcontractors for project completion
 * Review project metrics with Project Managers and drive improvement across key performance indicators
 * Provide guidance and monitor project schedules to ensure actual progress reflects planned progress
 * Support Project Leaders in proactive people-hours management against budget and schedule
 * Participate in project development, budgets, and design principles
Requirements:
 * Relevant trade or engineering qualification and 10 years' experience in the construction industry
 * Proven history in construction and delivery of power generation projects
 * Strategic thinking: anticipate future outcomes and align division goals with long-term vision
 * Financial acumen: understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
 * Strong project management: manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
 * Risk management experience: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
