ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an organized, personable Administration Assistant to support our Segment Committees across AU and NZ. This full-time, max-term contract runs until February 2026 and offers the flexibility to work remotely from Darwin. If you excel in communication, meeting management, and are tech-savvy, this role is ideal for you. You will handle relationship management, member services, and event delivery in NT, making a meaningful contribution in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
Providing governance and administrative support to Segment Committees
Sending meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them to committee members
Assisting with the development of end-of-year board reports for sector committees
Making travel arrangements for face-to-face meetings
Ensuring updates from CA ANZ are shared with committees
Supporting the administration of the NT CA Panel and developing the NT Forum program
Maintaining relationships with NT members
ABOUT YOU
You possess strong administrative and governance skills, clear written communication abilities, and experience managing meetings. Being tech-savvy, personable, a good listener, and having a solid understanding of the Darwin region are essential.
