Overview
Lead and develop a commercially focused Registered Training Organisation that enhances competency, capability, and professionalism for all stakeholders.
The Training Manager will drive quality outcomes through strong financial acumen, leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring programs are both industry relevant and commercially sustainable.
Management Requirements
- Provide strong leadership and effective management of all aspects of the Training Department, including financial oversight and monthly reporting.
- Manage the team ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the REIV’s training and professional development strategy.
- Ensure all training programs and materials meet the current and future needs of the Victorian real estate industry.
- Oversee compliance with AQTF Standards and ASQA requirements for training delivery, assessment, and student record management.
- Supervise the development of training and professional development initiatives from concept to delivery and assessment.
- Champion blended learning solutions, incorporating the latest technology to enhance student access and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Support preparation for RTO audit activities and ensure compliance with the VET Funding Contract (Skills First), AQTF, and ASQA guidelines.
Trainer and Assessor Requirements
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to a diverse range of learners, applying adult learning principles.
- Respond to the varied needs of learners, providing tailored support for students with lower literacy and numeracy levels
