In this role, you'll:
Contribute to initiatives that enhance the employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and support the future direction of our people systems and processes.

You will lead and participate in investigations that uncover business needs and translate them into practical, effective solutions across systems, processes, and organisational structures. You will apply business modelling and analysis tools, ensuring they align with best‑practice standards and evolve in line with changing business requirements. You'll also identify, design, and implement business improvement opportunities across complex programs, working closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Collaboration is central to the role. You'll work with technical specialists to develop clear and comprehensive specifications, ensuring user requirements are accurately communicated and well understood. You will facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing to confirm solutions meet expectations and deliver intended outcomes. You may also support the development of business cases in partnership with the Project Management Office and business leaders, outlining benefits, risks, and solution options to guide informed decision‑making and investment.

We currently have several fixed‑term opportunities across our project portfolio, spanning HR, Payroll, or other divisional projects, for Business Analysts who thrive in collaborative, people‑centred delivery environments.

About You
You bring a naturally curious, analytical mindset and a strong foundation in core Business Analysis skills. You ask thoughtful questions to understand context, explore opportunities, and uncover the real problem to be solved. Your analytical thinking helps you identify patterns, draw meaningful connections, and simplify complexity. You work with empathy and respect for diverse perspectives, building trust and alignment across teams. Skilled in facilitation, you guide discussions with confidence and clarity, turning ideas into well‑structured documentation. You remain adaptable in fast‑changing environments, staying calm and focused while navigating ambiguity.

You have hands‑on experience contributing to successful delivery across a range of business and people‑focused initiatives. This includes working on people management projects, whether process‑driven or related to HR/Payroll systems, as well as applying Business Analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices in complex, multi‑sourced environments. You are confident coordinating and facilitating UAT with business stakeholders and bring strong time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail. You ensure requirements are accurately interpreted, documented, and traced through to delivery. You hold relevant tertiary qualifications or can demonstrate equivalent professional experience that reflects strong analytical and delivery capability.

Above all, you are an exceptional communicator and a trusted partner. You collaborate effectively with diverse teams, influence decision‑making with clarity and confidence, and ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle of a project or initiative. Your ability to engage, listen, and articulate ideas ensures stakeholders stay informed, involved, and confident in the outcomes you help deliver.

These are fixed-term flexible hybrid roles (till Sep 2026 & June Please note, 50% of your time will be office based, with 50% of that time based from our office at Macquarie Park.
