* Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach
* Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and emotional state
* Be part of a multi‐disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current NDIS clearance
