As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Office Administrator to join our team and support our office administration and daily operations.
About the Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will support day-to-day office administration and nationwide warehouse operations. This role involves managing documentation and data entry, coordinating internal communications, and assisting the team across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general office administration and front desk support
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Coordinate internal and external communications
* Assist warehouse and operations teams with data entry and documentation
* Maintain and update records, spreadsheets and internal systems (strong Excel skills required)
* Support vehicle and fleet administration
* Assist with invoices, expense tracking and payment
* Perform other administrative duties as required
About You:
* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Previous administration or office experience preferred
* Must have valid working rights in Australia
* Fluency in English is required, Mandarin speaking is a plus
* Monday to Friday – Office based role (on-site)
