Westcombe Park is a modern care home situated in a pleasant leafy neighbourhood of south-east London.
Here, residents who need nursing or residential care are warmly welcomed and provided with respite and convalescence care.
Every bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and homely atmosphere, most of which are en suite, and the home can also accommodate couples with double rooms.
The home is close to local transport links, a few minutes' drive from the A2 and benefits from a bus route stopping directly outside the home, making visiting for family and friends easier.
It is also only a few minutes' walk to local amenities, shops and the local bank.

Key Responsibilities
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and document and report any changes in accordance with required legislation.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
