**About the role**
As a member of our Huntingwood Retail Customer Service Centre (CSC) team your role will include:
- Telephone customer service and sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keying of orders
- Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
**The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes**:
- Strong and stable record in customer service or internal sales
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Flexibility to work within a rotating roster including Saturdays
- Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry would be highly regarded but not essential
