We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team in Darwin.
In this role, you will diagnose and complete engine repairs at customer sites.
* Engage customers with professionalism and courtesy.
* Prioritize and efficiently address customer needs.
* Utilize specialized tools and adhere to documented procedures to diagnose and repair engines, including identifying and preparing necessary parts and tools.
* Perform routine maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on engines and related components in the field.
* Elevate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians and/or supervisors.
* Complete required documentation, such as service records, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via manual forms or digital input screens.
* Identify additional service opportunities with customers.
* Maintain vehicle and tool cleanliness and proper operation.
* Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety protocols.
