About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned software developer to drive the development of our SaaS solutions across the region.
* Collaborate with the engineering manager and technical team to plan code and review features.
* Write tests and maintain high-quality, stable, well-documented code (primarily in TypeScript and React).
* Configure system components, fix bugs, and monitor technical performance of internal systems.
* Participate in daily stand-ups and development meetings to track progress and identify improvements.
* Support customers via the support ticket system and troubleshoot technical queries when needed.
* Contribute to documentation, knowledge-base, and internal training materials to share knowledge across the team.
* Uphold best practices in information security compliance and code quality.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5 years of experience in software development with at least 1–3 years in a technically similar role.
* Hands-on experience with TypeScript & React.
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
* The ability to learn quickly, hit the ground running, and perform independently.
* A thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.
Desirable Skills
Bonus points if you have:
* Knowledge of the aged or disability care sector.
* Previous experience with AlayaCare Procura disability software or similar products.
* Demonstrated experience with AI tools delivering development performance.
