WPC Group is looking for a motivated individual to start a four-year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship as a Fitter & Turner at Esso's Plant in Longford, Gippsland. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while you work toward a recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering - Fitter & Turner. You'll learn valuable skills alongside experienced professionals, setting a strong foundation for your future career.
About You:
* Keen interest in mechanical systems.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
The Role:
* Commencing January 2026
* Learn specific job, material, and equipment requirements.
* Diagnose, fit, and troubleshoot mechanical systems, including workshop machining.
* Ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools, or subassemblies.
* Conduct maintenance and repair activities.
