This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an administrative support professional, providing high-level assistance to the President & Managing Director and Executive team. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day operations at the office
* Supporting new staff onboarding in collaboration with EA and HR teams
* Providing ad-hoc secretarial support for visiting senior leaders or during periods of annual leave for other Executive Assistants

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in office administration, advanced proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. They should be able to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent administrative support.
