A full-time permanent position which can be based in **Bendigo or Melbourne**. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law and Communications or other relevant fields preferred
- Procurement experience in Sourcing and/or Operations will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation and a diverse stakeholder group
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in administrative, operational and contract documentation review will be highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in business analytics and reporting advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve and contribute to the department goals
Ideally suited to a recent graduate to join an experienced **Enterprise Procurement Department** which is part of the Finance Division. The department is responsible for the management of financial, governance, and relationship management outcomes in regard to sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and third party suppliers.
The **Sourcing Officer/ Procurement Analyst** role is an entry to Enterprise Procurement supporting both Sourcing & Partnerships and Operations team. The role is an ideal step where you can grow your Procurement career.
- focus on sourcing administration tasks supporting sourcing events, contract record management including review of contract terms in line with delivery of goods/services, and operations activities including compliance reporting, low level sourcing and purchasing support.
- Engage with and proactively manage stakeholders across the organisation to understand business imperatives and support these with the appropriate Procurement strategy.
- Strive to deliver a best practice Procurement function by continuously improving category knowledge and provide insights for supplier consolidation and savings.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing events for low-risk engagements.
