**Key Responsibilities:**

* Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business by implementing effective measures and strategies.
* Regularly visit customer sites to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Positively promote Bluescope services to existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Deliver professional proposals/quotes to current and potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
* Plan all customer engagements to deliver value propositions to the customer, plus profitable revenue growth for the business through strategic planning and execution.
* Drive safety improvement through the regular delivery of safety talks and site inspections, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Maintaining compliance and an accurate account history for existing and prospective client, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements:

* Proficiency in delivering top-notch Customer Relationship Management, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to drive success.
* Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the steel or building products sector, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
* A personable and confident demeanor, capable of effectively interacting with a diverse range of individuals, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
* Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient task prioritization and completion, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
* Willingness to collaborate and support other team members in sales when needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
