The Role And Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end project management of subdivision initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient subdivision processes, from conceptualization to completion.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
* Manage regulatory compliance, zoning requirements, and permitting processes for subdivision projects.
* Ensure the quality and technical excellence of subdivision designs and infrastructure.
The Requirements
To be considered for this stand-out opportunity, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:
* Upwards of 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
* Experience of working within an engineering design consultancy in Australia.
* Experience of working as a Project manager on Land Development (subdivision) projects.
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
* Full working rights in Australia.
