Permanent Full-time | 76 hours per fortnight

Salary range: Nurse Manager (permanent rate): $68.88 – $74.78/hour (depending on experience and qualifications), plus superannuation and benefits

St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital is an independent, not-for-profit, private hospital dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centred care to our community. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead our busy Medical Ward, a cornerstone of our 154-bed acute care hospital. As NUM of our Medical Ward, you will lead a skilled team delivering holistic, general medical care to patients from across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. Your leadership will foster excellence in clinical practice, build team capability, and ensure safe, compassionate care is delivered every day.
