This is a great opportunity for an experienced Category Manager to join an established organisation in the Pharma space based in North Sydney.
You will lead the development and implementation of the category and shopper strategy and strategically align and execute the category and brand plans across all the consumer healthcare products. You will be working closely with the national sales and marketing teams to accelerate category growth to benefit both the Organisation and the Groceries and Retail partners (Coles, Woolworths, Priceline etc.).
We are seeking someone with excellent data analysis and forecasting skills and who has previously worked within a similar role in the FMCG or Pharma space in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the category shopper and channel plans to accelerate category growth.
Analysis of customer trends and using budgets to target growth.
Analysis of trends and presenting category reviews for brand and customer plan presentations.
Adjust promotional and pricing strategies.
Build strong trading relationships with key stakeholders in Grocery and Pharmacy.
Who you are:
3+ years experience in FMCG or Pharma space in Category. Management or similar role.
You have strong numerical/data analysis skills with previous experience in forecasting and working with budgets.
Demonstrate a good understanding with category and account management.
You have a strategic insight and work towards accelerating growth.
Strong team and interpersonal skills.
