Embrace a new way of working This role is work-from-home, with on-site requirements across the South-East.
You will be empowered to professionally and independently manage a neat, growing portfolio of 100+ properties. With our dedicated admin, accounting, and leasing teams providing full support, your focus remains where it should be: on providing exceptional service to your clients and managing your portfolio effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with landlords and building strong, lasting relationships (Your most important duty)
Efficiently managing all repairs and maintenance requests
Proactively handling arrears management
Conducting routine inspections and rental reviews
Representing clients in tribunals and dispute resolutions (VCAT)

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive individual who excels at time management and communication.
Must-Haves:
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property Services
A valid driver's license
Exceptional and prompt communication skills (both written and verbal)
Meticulous attention to detail and organisational prowess
Previous experience in a property management role
Bonus Points (Valued but not essential):
Familiarity with PropertyMe software
The ability to speak Mandarin
