An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Retail Property Administration Manager to join their dynamic and supportive team.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Centre Management administration team. Utilizing your customer service, relationship management, and administrative skills, you will be responsible for:Directing inquiries from key stakeholders including tenants, contractors, and operatorsEnd of Month reportingManaging Purchase Orders and OutgoingsMaintaining and reviewing the critical dates listIdentifying maintenance requirements and coordinating task completion with contractorsMonitoring and reporting hazardsPerforming adhoc administrative duties such as liaising with contractors for insurance and managing the security registerSkills & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar Property Administration role.
