About You
You are a motivated allied health professional who is passionate about supporting people through recovery and return‐to‐work journeys. You bring:
* Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology
* Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
* Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
* Office based in Townsville, pool cars & flexible working arrangements
* Up to 8+ days of additional leave + $1,000 Professional Development allowance
The Role
In this role, you will make a direct, positive impact by:
* Building strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders.
* Partnering with Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health providers to support client recovery.
* Visiting a variety of workplaces to understand job demands and support safe, sustainable return‐to‐work plans.
* Educating employers with practical strategies to prevent injuries and promote safer workplaces.
* Providing clear, evidence‐based reports that inform next steps and drive meaningful outcomes.
