We're currently partnering with several well-regarded law firms across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who are actively seeking Commercial Litigation Lawyers from Junior Lawyer through to Senior Associate level.
These opportunities suit experienced litigators who enjoy complex disputes, client-facing work, and genuine career progression within established and growing practices.
The Opportunity
You'll work across a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
1. Shareholder and partnership disputes
2. Debt recovery and enforcement
3. Insolvency-related litigation
4. Regulatory and compliance matters
Roles offer strong court exposure, involvement in mediations, and the opportunity to work closely with respected partners and clients.
About You
To be considered, you will have:
5. Solid experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
6. Court exposure, including appearances and/or instructing counseli>
7. Experience with mediations and alternative dispute resolution
8. Exposure to a range of dispute types (as outlined above)
9. Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills

10. Salary range: $90,000 – $180,000+, depending on experience
