Responsibilities
* Support after-school programs for school‑aged children, delivering high‑quality education and care.
* Provide nurturing care, create a safe and welcoming environment, and develop recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members; work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.

* Hourly rate of $27.17 + super + 25% casual loading, with salary packaging benefits for eligible living expenses (e.g., groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and more).
About You
* Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members.
* Experience in Early Childhood or engaging with children in some capacity is desirable.
* Ability to plan and implement a fun, safe, and engaging program in collaboration with the OSHC Service Leader and team, adhering to laws, regulations and learning frameworks.
* Current or willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates, and a Working with Children Check.
* Awareness of educational pathways that may qualify for this position (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent).
