Job Title: Digital Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Coordinator to drive administrative processes for our client's new Rehabilitation project.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend internal meetings, prepare accurate meeting minutes, and maintain operational records.
* Draft, edit, and distribute standard production reports and summaries using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Manage correspondence, data entry, and filing within production systems.
* Coordinate schedules, meeting minutes, and day-to-day operational admin tasks.
* Assist with site access, timesheet coordination, and production-related document control.
* Liaise with internal teams to collate and escalate key information efficiently.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in administration, ideally within mining, production, or operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel (data manipulation), Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing meeting minutes and operational summaries.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight turnarounds in dynamic work environments.
* Experience with contractor on-boarding platforms is desirable.
