About the role
Allcoast Locksmiths' is seeking an experienced Locksmith to join our team in West Gosford, NSW. This is a full-time role for a 3rd Year or Fully Qualified Tradesperson with a passion for the trades and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a full range of locksmith services including lock installations, repairs, and key duplication
* Advising customers on the best security solutions for their needs
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex lock and security issues
* Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
* Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and safety requirements
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
* 3rd Year or Fully Qualified Locksmith Tradesperson
* Certificate III completion in locksmithing or Current Apprenticeship Enrollment
* Proven experience in the locksmith industry, ideally 3+ years
* Strong problem-solving and technical skills
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work
* A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position
