Role:
Lead facilities maintenance operations across offshore and remote locations in Western Australia.
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective business relationships with external and internal clients, ensuring service delivery excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain effective commercial relationships to ensure we deliver to budget and achieve the expected margins.
* Ensure the portfolio achieves financial targets and contract KPIs.
* Provide leadership and management oversight of all services, performance monitoring, reporting, and asset management for the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
The role will be based in Perth Head Office but will be required to travel to sites frequently to develop strong relationships with site teams, our clients, and employees.
* Proven years of industry experience in Facilities, Project, or Asset Management.
* 5+ years' experience in a leadership position having led client growth strategies in project management services.
* Previous experience managing a revenue stream and being responsible for budgets and managing contracts.
* Experienced in contract management, supporting contracts from transition through to the development of contract-specific management plans and reporting.
