A highly skilled Site Supervisor is required to oversee the civil and concrete package of defence projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing defence projects, with a strong focus on compliance, cost control, and project efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage defence projects from setup to completion
* Evaluate and implement measures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate records of project costs and progress
* Coordinate activities of direct labour and subcontractors
* Prepare reports on project progress for senior management
* Provide expert advice on technical and engineering matters
* Foster collaborative relationships with clients to ensure project success
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
2. Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety desirable
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Valid Construction Safety Induction Card
7. Current driver's license
8. Capacity to obtain police and defence clearances
