You will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, ensuring their smooth check-in and check-out processes, and providing accurate information regarding room assignments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalized guest service by greeting guests, processing registrations, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with the housekeeping department to guarantee seamless guest accommodations and optimal room readiness.
* Effectively manage and mitigate customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
* Manage and update guest account information, maintaining accuracy and up-to-dateness.
* Handle incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings, and provide detailed information on room rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest services specialist is preferred.
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is expected.
* Excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
