Energy Billing Specialist

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and vendors.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
* Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
* Maintain billing records in reporting platforms.
* Identify and escalate billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in accounts, billing, or the energy sector (1–2 years preferred).
* Strong numerical data skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, track outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution without oversight.
* Ability to manage routine, repetitive work efficiently.
* Desirable: strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
* Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
