Executive Culinary Team Member
About the Role:
As a skilled and organized Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes to our guests. You will possess a calm demeanor and be able to deliver consistent results under pressure. Your experience will enable you to assist the Head Chef and the team in other areas of kitchen production as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients for our constantly changing menu.
2. Adhere to recipes and procedures outlined by the Head Chef and contribute to menu design and creation.
3. Have in-depth knowledge of every menu item from preparation to presentation.
4. Assist in supervising and educating junior chefs.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications in commercial cookery, at least one year's experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, and possess a strong work ethic and passion for creating exceptional food experiences.
