Relationship Development Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
* Retain and grow relationships with existing Bureau customers.
* Identify and secure new Bureau opportunities in your region.
* Actively represent our network partner in regional areas.
* Maintain a network of key contacts across the Bureau network in Queensland.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to support network maintenance and growth.
* Assist in achieving fleet growth targets.
* Ensure all processes and admin tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Support the delivery of training and communications.
About You
3+ years' customer service, relationship management, or administration experience.
Requirements include:
* Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Highly organised with excellent time management.
* Experience in franchising, small business consulting, or B2B roles is advantageous.
* Taxi industry experience is highly regarded.
