Drive Strategic Growth in Transport Vertical Services
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Transport vertical services in Sydney/Melbourne.
This role is within our Business Development Team where you will define and support business strategies to drive organic growth and lead expansion into new and existing markets.
* Develop and execute strategies aligned with growth plans, encouraging new thinking for long-term customer partnerships and growth.
* Improve market understanding through competitive benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis, leading and communicating diverse service offerings to drive growth.
* Support and optimize the Toll Sales 2 Delivery process for transparency and opportunity investment.
* Enhance customer support and delivery capabilities across borders.
* Generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities through networking, developing and managing high-value relationships and strategic partnerships.
* Lead contract negotiations and liaise with stakeholders.
About This Role
You will be responsible for defining and supporting business strategies to drive organic growth and lead expansion into new and existing markets. To succeed in this role, you need:
* A relevant university degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience in business development (5+ years), preferably in a logistics environment or related industry.
* Previous experience in a commercial or finance role.
