As a dynamic and skilled Administrative Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the founder of our venture-backed AI startup. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, email triage, meeting preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up actions. You will also be responsible for operating the founder's routines, OKR check-ins, weekly executive agendas, and action tracking across teams. Additionally, you will drive small cross-functional projects, track milestones, and unblock owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Career experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) with 3-7+ years of supporting C-level leaders in startups/tech or a tech-savvy operator from a startup/scale-up ready to run gold-standard EA routines.
* Mastery of calendar/email triage, meeting prep, and executive prioritization.
* Excellent written communication, concise note-taking, and document creation skills.
* Strong project management skills, including clear plans, owners, critical paths, and status updates.
* CRM experience.
* Excellent written and spoken English, fast learner, attention to detail.
