Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Cultivating customer relationships
Championing innovation within the organization
Managing projects and people
Improving processes and pitching new initiatives through Voyage projects
Participating in management meetings and collaborating with Voyage participants worldwide
Taking on special projects that utilize all training received
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months of application)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
Self-management and self-starter attitude
Real desire for personal and professional growth
Work authorization in the country of application (local citizen or permanent resident)
Training & Development
18-month full-time, paid leadership development program
Hands-on, discipline-specific training combined with leadership-focused curriculum
Mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to learn hotel management functions
