 
        
        We are seeking an experienced financial administrator to join our team as a key member of the day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounting software, Xero, to maintain accurate financial records and manage cash handling procedures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong bookkeeping skills to contribute their expertise to our not-for-profit organisation. If you have experience working in a similar role, particularly in a not-for-profit setting, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
 * Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero
 * Process payroll, leave tracking, and superannuation compliance (STP via Xero)
 * Track grant income/expenditure and assist with financial reporting to funding bodies
 * Prepare BAS/IAS, monthly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and support annual audits
About You
You should be:
 * An experienced bookkeeper with a strong understanding of Xero and Australian payroll requirements
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
 * Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
