They are looking to expand their team and seek an experienced Sales Representative with knowledge of the tooling or industrial wholesale industry. Role Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a structured call cycle plan that ensures appropriate time is allocated to all current and potential customers.
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with distributors and major end users to maximize sales opportunities.
* Identify and develop new market opportunities for products.
* Respond to and follow up on all customers sales enquiries and quotations in a timely manner.
* Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within designated territory.
Background (Qualifications)
* Proven track record in the tooling industry or industrial wholesale space.
* Have the skill set to retain and develop relevant product knowledge, techniques and sales skills.
* Plan for and conduct marketing activities, including trade shows, demonstrations and promotions, alongside product training with distributors and end users.
* Effectively present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
