We focus on practical, results-driven marketing, lead generation, content, and structured campaigns that drive real outcomes.
We’re now looking for a mid-level marketer to join us locally in Emerald and support across day-to-day marketing execution.
The Role
This is a hands-on, in-house role supporting both agency clients and internal initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the founder to help execute campaigns, manage content, and keep projects moving.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing Content & Campaign Execution
* Writing and scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
* Assisting with email campaigns and newsletters
* Uploading and updating website content (WordPress)
* Supporting creation of basic marketing assets (blogs, landing pages, etc.)
Lead Generation Support
* Assisting with outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email outreach)
* Managing contact lists and CRM updates
* Supporting campaign tracking and reporting
eCommerce Support
* Updating products and content on websites
* Supporting promotional campaigns
* Assisting with email flows and customer communications
Project Coordination
* Keeping tasks organised across projects
* Following up on timelines and deliverables
* Supporting general marketing operations
About You
* 2–5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing
* Comfortable across content, email and social media
* Basic experience with WordPress (or willing to learn quickly)
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Proactive and reliable
* Strong written communication skills
* Based locally (or within commuting distance to Emerald)
You don’t need to be a specialist, but you do need to be practical, capable, and willing to learn.
