Job Description
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial matters for a designated school. You will be the lead business partner for the school, providing finance management advice that aligns with the school and faculty strategy.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
* Engaging and building strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate dialogue and gather feedback.
* Contributing to shaping business decisions by the school executive, addressing financial capability and performance.
* Coordinating annual budgets and monitoring financial performance by preparing accurate quarterly forecasts and monthly management analysis.
* Coordinating the management of individual research accounts, including financial advice, acquittals, and general queries.
* Planning day-to-day work with the Associate Finance Manager (AFM) to provide guidance and a collaborative environment that builds team spirit.
