Job Summary: As an Electrical Estimator, you’ll support our Maintenance & Small Projects business by delivering high-quality estimates and ensuring efficient service. You’ll build key relationships and help grow sales and service management in the region for long-term success. Key responsibilities: Deliver accurate and detailed estimates that align with technical specifications and statutory requirements. Provide technical advice to project managers, supervisors, and peers. Lead and develop a strong HSEQ culture within your area of responsibility. Establish and maintain effective client relationships. Participate in strategic planning for business growth and service delivery improvements. Conduct site inspections and field audits to gather insights and develop reliable estimates. Identify and manage commercial and technical risks associated with projects. Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Qualifications & Experience: Trade or Engineering Qualification (Electrical) – preferred Minimum 5 years of local experience in an estimator role At least 10 years of experience in the projects/maintenance sector in some capacity Deep knowledge of Australian trades and services industry (NSW in particular) Why Us?
